RUICA is designed strictly according to standard of German Dentistry Association with comfortable working environment where the craftsmen can finish each process of the artwork in their own personalized space. In the 1000 square meter workshop there are 30 technicians working on plaster, wax model, lathing, porcelain build-up, porcelain lathing and grinding.

We supply for technicians regular technical training in terms of overseas advanced technology.

We arrange regular dentists’ visits to our lab in order to have better communication with them.

The technicians are making pieces of artwork for people with soul and hands.

 

Quality is the base of integrity

We not only confirm the successful performance of the manufacturers in the dental industry but also ensure they get the sales permit and registration licenses from the Chinese government. RUICA has its own quality check department, which tests the raw materials according to RUICA’s standard before using them.

The raw materials include porcelain powder, alloy, precious metals, wax, investment materials, resins as well as lathing needles, sculp knives, articulating paper, and so on.
